Innovation Process

Bringing trendsetting products to the market before our competition is no coincidence. RRC sees itself as a leader for innovations. To invent the technology of tomorrow one needs room for creativity and innovative engineers and scientists.
At RRC this takes place in three steps (corporate research – advanced development – development).

Corporate Research

At RRC basic research is done in the corporate research department. Questions about the user of the future: which requirements they might have for mobility or which technologies help them most, what will make the product more efficient, offer more comfort, etc., are typical here. 
Our engineers are often the innovators in our office and break new ground with their knowledge, their visions and their innovative power.

Advanced Development

The advanced development department is the link between research and development. Here, all of the research results are transformed into platform technology, which is then taken up by the design department and developed into products.
