Logistic Supervisor (M/F/D)

Chuẩn bị kế hoạch sản xuất SAP (PP) và kế hoạch yêu cầu vật liệu (MRP);
Quản lý quy trình tổng thể để mua, nhập khẩu và thông quan cho nguyên liệu;
Quản lý và triển khai một hệ thống tốt để theo dõi tất cả các giao dịch vào/ra/chuyển khoản để đảm bảo tính chính xác của hàng tồn kho, kiểm soát mức tồn kho và quản lý hàng tồn kho cũ;
Theo dõi trạng thái PO, lịch giao hàng và kế hoạch phân bổ;
Quản lý chi phí hậu cần trên cơ sở hàng ngày và hàng tháng. Kiểm tra hóa đơn hàng tháng và báo cáo thanh toán;
Hướng dẫn việc cải tiến liên tục các quy trình hậu cần, lập kế hoạch sản xuất và nguyên vật liệu
Lập báo cáo tuần, tháng, quý, năm;
Tập trung vào chi phí hậu cần như xuất nhập khẩu, vận chuyển, mất mát và xử lý, giá vốn hàng bán
Tập trung vào việc cải thiện vốn lưu động / mức tồn kho như mức độ bao phủ hàng tồn kho, nguyên vật liệu luân chuyển chậm / thời gian đặt hàng / sử dụng năng lực;
Cải tiến quy trình;
Hợp tác và phát triển tài năng;

Prepare SAP production plan (PP) and material requirement plan (MRP);
Manage the overall process for purchasing, import and custom clearance for material;
Manage and implement a good system for tracking all inbound/outbound/transfer transactions to ensure inventory accuracy, control stock level and manage aging inventories;
Follow up PO status, delivery schedule and allocation plan;
Manage logistics cost on daily and monthly basis. Check the monthly billing and report for payment;
Lead the continuous improvement of logistics processes production- and material planning
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting;
Focus on logistics cost like import/export, transportation, loss & disposal, cost of goods sold
Focus on working capital improvements / inventory levels like stock coverage level, slow-moving material / order lead time / capacity utilization;
