As Director of Sales (m/f/d) you will have a key role in our company's ambitious growth strategy and report directly to the CEO.

Your new field of activity - challenging and exciting

  • Further development, implementation and guarantee of the global, ambitious growth strategy in close cooperation with the CEO, Marketing and Product Management
  • Market penetration in existing markets, identification of new markets and application of the successful business model in these markets
  •  Responsibility for the global sales organization and group-wide targets
  •  Expansion and further development of a success-oriented sales team
  •  Further development of the distribution landscape and establishment of a partner system for multipliers (design houses & ODM)
  •  Personal maintenance and development of relationships with key accounts
  •  Establishment of a sales controlling incl. forecasting up to 5 years, KPIs
  •  Further development and harmonization of sales processes
  •  Expansion of the implemented CRM system (Salesforce)
  •  Constant monitoring of the competition to ensure sustainable success

Your qualifications - solid and adequate

  • Completed studies as industrial engineer or business economist
  •  Proven experience in international sales and in leading international sales teams
  •  Ability for strategic orientation and its implementation paired with fast, goal-oriented ability to act in close areas
  •  Ability to think in terms of customer needs and at the same time implement them in terms of corporate strategy
  •  Cosmopolitan personality with an interest in serving cultural dimensions
  •  High affinity to sales supporting tools like CRM and the urge to use them profitably
  •  Convincing and winning leadership personality, networker and team player
  •  High willingness to travel internationally
  •  Very good English skills
