As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in the sales region you are responsible for and thus make a significant contribution to our company's ambitious growth strategy.

 

Traits and skill sets required for the successful candidate:

  • Highly motivated individual providing meaningful power solutions to a growing market.
  • Ability to provide customer support by collaboration with global business partners, customers, and distribution channels in assigned territory.
  • Awareness of market trends and competition to ensure long-term success.
  • Ability to identify and close new opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and trade shows.
  • Establishing yourself as the trusted advisor to collaborate on new designs requiring long term planning.
  • Development of your sales region through targeted marketing and sales activities according to RRC’s growth strategy.
  • Presentation skill set to deliver solutions with an impact.
  • Contract negotiations

Qualifications:

  • Electrical engineering, business, or science background preferred.
  • High level of technical understanding and knowledge of our industry.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in power solutions sales.
  • Proven sales track record YoY
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with SalesForce.
  • Ability to think in terms of customer needs and provide solutions in accordance with the corporate strategy.
  • Convincing and winning sales personality who uses their networks and acts as a team player.
  • Travel 50% -70%, inclusive of international travel.
